Dealing with Military cases requires specialist knowledge and expertise. For the last 25 years Dave has used his considerable military expertise and investigative knowledge to take instructions from Military personnel from all ranks ranging from Lieutenant Colonel to Private Soldiers and to provide advice in readiness for all types of Military Tribunals.
Since the introduction of The Armed Forces Act in 2006 which embraces all military services, Dave has represented members of the Army, RAF and Royal Navy.
Aside from specialised military cases Dave has managed a wide range of cases in all fields of criminal defence law including advising and assisting soldiers and civilians in the crown courts for cases including murder, rape and armed robbery.
