Paul Tritschler

Paul was admitted as a solicitor in 1975 and has been practising in Salisbury since 1995 specialising in criminal law and child care work.

Paul was invited to join the Law Society Children’s Panel in 1985 and has represented parents and guardians in cases throughout Wiltshire, Hampshire, Dorset and Sussex before Magistrates Courts, County Courts and the High Court.

Paul has been a member of both the police station and courts Duty Solicitor Schemes since they started in 1994 and is an accredited Criminal Litigator. Paul has conducted cases in all courts from the local Magistrates Courts to the Court of Appeal and has worked on criminal matters of all levels of complexity, including murder. He has also appeared before Courts Martial at all levels.
