Reuben (Bob) Scott is a qualified solicitor and Higher Courts Advocate who appears in the Magistrates Court, Crown Court and Court Martial and who specialises in criminal and military defence law. His previous 33 year career in the Special Investigation Branch of the Royal Military Police and the Army Equal Opportunities Inquiry Team has provided him with substantial qualifications and experience in both areas.

As a member of the British Academy of Forensic Science, Bob takes a particular interest in the physical evidence associated with criminal cases and is practised in identifying potential weaknesses in prosecution cases.

In addition to criminal matters, Bob has assisted a range of military clients in submitting Service Complaints and making successful representations in respect of AGAI 67 (or other service equivalent) action taken against them.

An Associate Member of the Institute of Arbitrators, Bob is an accredited and experienced personal mediator.
