Chippenham and specialise in all aspects of Family and Matrimonial Law, whether your matter deals with divorce, financial matters, separation, co-habitation, Children Act matters or injunctions.
All the members of our Family Team are members or affiliate members of Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association) and can provide an expert service from initial advice and support to representation at Court should this prove necessary.
Our Family Team are also Panel Members of the National Centre for Domestic Violence.
The Family Team have a wide variety of clients, from privately funded clients to those who require Public Funding (formerly Legal Aid).
Richard Griffiths & Co hold a category one contract in Family Law with the Legal Services Commission.
FIXED FEE DIVORCE
We offer a fixed fee divorce of £525 plus VAT and disbursements and further details are available upon enquiry.
FREE HALF HOUR INTERVIEW
We also offer a free half hour appointment by prior arrangement and are now able to offer the newest element in family matters, Collaborative Law. If you are client who feels they are eligible for Public Funding we will carry out an assessment on your behalf to determine whether you are financially eligible for this service.
