We offer an all round litigation and dispute resolution services to both individuals and businesses.  We believe in a pragmatic approach to the resolution of disputes with a friendly and approachable but professional attitude.  We will consider and advise you regarding all the dispute resolution methods open to you including alternative methods such as mediation or arbitration as well as Court proceedings if appropriate.   We will guide you through the litigation or dispute resolution process balancing sound legal advice with commercial sense. 

We offer a FIXED FEE INITIAL INTERVIEW scheme which entitles you to half a hour at a discounted rate of £75 plus VAT and we can arrange to see clients at any of our four offices.  If appropriate we can also offer a “NO WIN, NO FEE” agreement for Personal Injury Claims.  

Before we start work on any matter we will provide a written estimate of our fees and will update that estimate on a regular basis.  We will also provide regular updates as to the progress of your matter so that you are always fully informed.
