John has over 40 years conveyancing experience, over 30 of them as a solicitor, having embarked on his career at Lincoln’s Inn. He deals with all aspects of residential and commercial conveyancing, including freeholds, leaseholds, mortgages, granting new leases, lease extensions and transfers of equity.
John has a particular interest in leases, which has led to him acting for both landlords and leaseholders in all aspects of leasehold enfranchisement.
John is a safe pair of hands and trusted by his many residential clients, who have become repeat customers, happy with their previous transaction whether that was buying or selling a property.
As a result of our proximity to the New Forest national park, there are some area-specific issues that John is alert to. John is also conscious of balancing the need to carry out a thorough investigation of all aspects of a property with the expectations regarding timescale, in an age of instantaneous communications.
